Norman rightfully was flagged for holding on the play, which set up an eventual Jeremy Hill touchdown that gave Cincinnati a 27-24 lead.

The corner didn't hold enough, obviously.

It's not quite the play Green made last week against the Browns, but such a catch against a corner of Norman's caliber is always impressive. It put Green over 100 yards receiving against Washington.
