New Redskins cornerback Josh Norman had a lot to say in his interview with ESPN The Magazine, and one of the more interesting parts was his disdain for the Giants.

There's the obvious tension between Norman and receiver Odell Beckham Jr., but that's not what this is about.

Although that relationship may play a part now, the cornerback had a previous experience with New York that prompted his anger towards the franchise.

"He says that before he was drafted, the Giants' front office angered him with probing interview questions about his character. They were 'trying to get me to admit that I wouldn't listen to coaching,' Norman says. 'That I was a dirtbag. They kept asking me the same question, wanting me to admit to something I didn't do. I ended up breaking down in the room.' He stormed out and called his agent in tears, he says. 'I don't ever want to go there,' Norman told him. 'Ever. I'd rather play against them.' Now, he'll face them twice a year."

After a productive 2015 season led to a five-year, $75 million contract, Norman is the richest corner in NFL history.

The Giants are probably upset they missed out on his talent now.
